Are you ready to get fit, lose some weight, build muscle, or maybe you want to be functionally fit and ready for everyday life?

Maybe you’re hesitant to go to a private gym due to Covid, the crowds, or for being judged?

Gyms aren’t the cleanest, and the popular times often have loads of people which means waiting in line for equipment. And in our area, we don’t have many gyms options.

It’s also sometimes tough to find the time in a day to pack up all your workout gear to drive to the gym, then all the way back.

Personal Trainers that Come to Your Home!

There is a way to get fit without a gym, it’s In-Home Personal Training.

But what if you could cut all that out and still get a great workout with an in home personal trainer, expedite your weight loss goals, pack on muscle with weight training, or be safer in everyday life with better balance, flexibility, and lower the chance of injury?

You Can!

You can get a great workout at home along with setting the proper fitness goal and we’re here to show you how. No one is going to judge you, no waiting in line, we’ll bring all the equipment – and best of all it’s clean and safe, no matter your fitness level.

Who is In Home Personal Training for?

Anyone who wants to get fit and healthy but has difficulty achieving their wellness goal themselves could use an in home personal trainer along with a proper training program. Mothers who have just had a child, professional athletes, rehabilitating after an accident, or senior citizens who want to be safe in everyday activities for a healthy lifestyle.

Those who might not know where to start with a fitness program, have a hard time starting, or aren’t reaching their fitness goals can use the insights from a certified personal trainer to reach past your current fitness level.

Personal training is right for anyone who has a desire to:

  • Lose weight
  • Build muscle
  • Stay safer as we age
  • Look and feel great
  • Wants a tailored exercise program

Or those:

  • Recovering after an accident
  • Who need nutritional help
  • Who needs better structure
  • Who needs accountability

Or maybe you need help:

  • Knowing where to start
  • You’ve been working out but aren’t seeing results
  • You need fresh new workouts
  • You want to learn how to work out on your own

Here are a few things an in-home personal trainer can help with on your fitness journey!

How much does an in-home personal trainer cost?

Nation-wide personal trainers can cost between $29 to $166 per session. Missouri isn’t much different. But in St. Louis, personal training generally starts at $49 and goes up from there.

Keep in mind that these prices might include 30-minute sessions or a discount rate if you take a class.

Here at Fenix Fitness, our sessions include one standard package for $75/hr. You can get the best price by paying for all your sessions upfront.

Benefits of Working out at Home vs. the GYM

  • No driving to the gym.
This saves you time, and the farther away your gym is, the less likely you are to go!
  • No judgment from others.
We generally like to try new things when no one can judge us. The same goes for trying a new workout routine.
  • No crowds or waiting in line for equipment.
  • Cleanliness.
Gyms are a breeding ground for germs. One study found that some gym equipment has more germs than a toilet seat.

Disadvantages of Working out at Home

  • Lack of equipment.
You might not have the equipment, but we do. We’ll bring the workout and any equipment needed to you. Trust us, our TRX workouts will burn!
  • Lack of support and motivation.
When you try and work out at home it might be hard to stay on course. But part of what you’re getting with a personal trainer is a plan and accountability. We understand that life gets in the way, but we’ll help you stay on course.
